Gruppo Sarplast S.r.l., located in Santa Luce, Pisa, operates the plant for production of pipes and fittings. The
plant operates on an area of 140.000 m², of which 10.000 m² covered, has
4 discontinuous production lines from ND 50 to ND 3000. With a
production capacity of 15.000 tons/year, it employs over 100 people.
Several Type Approvals and other certifications are
available for different applications such as NSF, WRAS, KIWA and DWI for
potable water systems and Factory Mutual Research® and Mafire for fire
fighting systems. Other Type Approvals are available for specific
applications.
Gruppo Sarplast S.r.l. is presently involved both in Italy and overseas
in the civil works market, in the Oil&Gas, Power and desalination
fields: it has developed an extensive know-how for the engineering
and production of GRP casings and screens for deep water wells.

Raw materials and finished products are
verified and tested by Quality Control Department which,
thanks to its Laboratory, is able to perform all the
tests and qualifications foreseen by the national and
international standards and regulations such as: UNI
9032/33, ASTM, EN, British Standard, AWWA, ISO 14692,
UKOOA and DSC. |
